IJANIKIN COMMUNITY (LAGOS STATE)

  • Location: Credence Schools, Lagos
  • Date: 3rd April, 2025
  • Direct/Indirect Beneficiaries: 570+ students
  • Project: STEM-A-CHILD CAMPAIGN 2025
  • Activities:
    • Sensitization on plastic pollution and environmental protection.
    • Hands-on recycling of plastic/e-waste into functional reading lamps.
    • Interactive session on UN SDGs and young leadership.
    • Peer collaboration, problem-solving, and mentorship activities.
    • Post-Workshop Assessment: Over 80% demonstrated increased environmental awareness and better recycling habits.
    • Sustainability: Peer-to-peer monitoring system to maintain responsible environmental practices.
